I’ve published a couple of wee books, written magazine articles, organised a number of exhibitions, made three short films, devised four walking tours, given several talks on a variety of topics, and appeared fleetingly on tv and local radio. I know that’s all pretty vague but you get the idea.
I’ve been in Brighton for the fight against Section 28, the resurgence of Brighton Pride, the impact of HIV / AIDS… and I still love it here. I’m currently writing a history of the Sussex Gay Liberation Front. I have published a cute little oral history book: The Magic Farm and other queer tales (2024) as well as a mega-zine on The Sussex Lancers (2026) to accompany the exhibition at Brighton Museum 31 Jan-12 Apr 2026. Both are available to order from the marvellous Colossive Press.
